৪.১ অর্ডার করার জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে।
৪.২ সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৪.৩ আপনার লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৪.৪ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত সকল কার্যক্রমের দায়ভার আপনার।৫. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
৫.১ সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
৫.২ পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
৫.৩ আমরা নিরাপদ অনলাইন পেমেন্ট ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) গ্রহণ করি।
৫.৪ সফল পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে (COD ব্যতীত)।৬. ডেলিভারি নীতি
৬.১ ডেলিভারি চার্জ অবস্থানভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে:

৬.২ সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:

৬.৩ আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট, পরিবহন সমস্যা বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি
৭.১ রিটার্ন শুধুমাত্র আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী গ্রহণযোগ্য।
৭.২ নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য
ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ
ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
৭.৩ পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
৮. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
ব্যবহারকারীরা নিম্নলিখিত কাজ করতে পারবেন না:

❌ মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান
❌ অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ বা হ্যাকিং চেষ্টা

❌ ক্ষতিকর বা আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট প্রকাশশর্ত ভঙ্গ করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
৯.১ ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট, লোগো, লেখা, ছবি, গ্রাফিক্স ও ডিজাইন Poshakaloy-এর সম্পত্তি।
৯.২ লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি, বিতরণ বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।১০. পণ্যের তথ্যের যথার্থতা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
১৮. সংশোধন
Poshakaloy পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করা মানেই সংশোধিত শর্ত মেনে নেওয়া।
১৯. ব্যবহারকারীর স্বীকৃতি
www.poshakaloy.com ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে:
